How quickly can you get to me?
As fast as we can. We dispatch the nearest available driver the moment you call, and give you a live arrival estimate then.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your vehicle, the tyre and where you are. We confirm the full price on the call before sending anyone, so there are no surprises.
Can you fix a puncture at the roadside?
Where it's safe to work and the damage can be repaired, usually yes. Tell us what's happened when you call and we'll confirm what's possible, and the price, first.
What if my tyre can't be repaired?
We'll let you know on the call or when the driver arrives. Depending on the tyre size and availability, we can arrange a replacement, or recover your vehicle to a garage.
Is it safe to change a tyre on the motorway?
No. Don't change a tyre on the hard shoulder or in a live lane. Leave by the passenger door, wait behind the barrier and call us. If you're stuck in a live lane, keep your seatbelt on, hazard lights on, and call 999 first.
Can you help if I don't have breakdown cover?
Yes. We're a pay-per-job service, so you don't need cover or a membership. Call us and we'll agree the price before anyone is sent.
